Your conversations aren't kept on our side as a normal chat history. Your history stays on your device, and Alice runs on hardware we operate in the UK. If your business needs to keep its work chats, company records can save them, locked, to your own computer: we can't read them.
We don't need to build a profile of your team's conversations to make Alice useful.

Good to know before you start
- Alice runs on machines we own. It's fast and private, but it's not a data centre: we work on a best-effort basis, and we'll talk through what your team needs.
- Alice is an AI and can be wrong. Staff should check anything important, and she doesn't give medical or legal advice.
- Everyone using Alice must be 18 or over.
- Business terms and a data processing agreement are being finalised. Ask us for them.
